Licensed Practical Nurse – Inpatient Care

About the role

Join our inpatient team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful impact on patient health. You will work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, report, and record objective and subjective patient data to support nursing assessments.
• Provide direct patient care safely and efficiently.
• Continuously evaluate and update the plan of care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving health‑care delivery in the assigned area.

Required profile

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing (LPN).
• No prior work experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association).
• Active LPN license in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb occasionally, standing, walking, and kneeling.
• Good visual acuity, balance, and coordination.
