About the role

Join the Cardiology Clinic team in Baton Rouge to provide direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, delivering high‑quality, personalized care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, under the direction of a registered nurse.
Assist and direct ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Utilize the nursing process to gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

IV therapy administration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques.
