Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

Pwc is seeking a Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant at the Senior Associate level to join its Risk & Regulatory practice. In this role you will partner with clients to design and implement technology‑driven solutions that streamline Office of General Counsel (OGC) operations, reduce legal risk, and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage technology and process‑improvement methodologies to modernise legal workflows and enhance client service.
• Analyse complex compliance issues across multiple industries and provide strategic guidance.
• Develop and deploy innovative tools and methodologies for efficient OGC delivery.
• Manage contractual agreements, conduct risk assessments, and advise on risk mitigation.
• Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver high‑quality work in ambiguous environments.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for compliance transformation.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for studies in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Economics.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI‑enabled or automated tools for regulatory research and compliance workflows.
