About the role

The Leasing Professional at Eagle Creek will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing orientation with a focus on achieving occupancy goals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, from tours to paperwork, efficiently.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and documentation.
