About the role

The Leasing Professional at Wild Oak Apartments is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. This full‑time position ensures a seamless experience for prospective and current residents throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units for readiness, and ensure a smooth handover to new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Drive lease renewals by engaging existing residents and presenting renewal options.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fair‑housing regulations and leasing best practices.
