Leasing Professional – Villas at Legacy

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the Villas at Legacy community in Plano. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
• Proactive in staying informed about local market conditions.
