Leasing Professional – Union Tempe Student Living

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Union Tempe student‑living community. You will guide prospects through the leasing journey, ensure smooth move‑ins, and support residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Facilitate resident move‑ins, handle lease signings, and manage renewal negotiations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, ensuring accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with leasing software or property‑management platforms (if mentioned).
