Leasing Professional – The Sagamore

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for The Sagamore community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to address any issues, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless resident experience.
