About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Daley at Shady Grove, ensuring high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process and supporting residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in procedures, inspect units before occupancy, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address inquiries, and facilitate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.
