About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its South Shore community in Alameda, CA. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
- Coordinate and support resident events that enhance community engagement.
- Assist with lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Set up mini‑models or model units for prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community amenities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
- Reliable transportation for on‑site duties.
- Experience supporting resident events and setting up model units.
