About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its South Palm community. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
- Design and execute marketing activities to boost occupancy while adhering to community policies on concessions and specials.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume leasing or sales environments.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple resident interactions efficiently.
- Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
