Leasing Professional – Riverside Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Riverside Station will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them from initial inquiry through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns to generate traffic.
• Maintain accurate records of apartment availability, prospect data, and demographic information using on‑site property management software.
