About the role

The Leasing Professional – Rise will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized community of 376 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy targets, revenue goals, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet community occupancy objectives.
• Show available units to prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and address inquiries promptly.
• Drive lease renewal efforts and retain existing residents.
• Support community marketing initiatives and collaborate with the property team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, from 9 am to 6 pm as needed.
