Leasing Professional – Revela

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join the Revela community in Mountain View. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit checks and criminal background screenings.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to encourage renewals.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management systems.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
