About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage leasing activities for The Arden community in Mesa, Arizona. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, tours, applications, and lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready, and coordinate any necessary preparations.
- Handle resident inquiries and service requests throughout the lease term.
- Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to schedule repairs and keep the property in optimal condition.
