About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Bella Sonoma community in Fife, Washington. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease agreements for new tenants.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms to achieve renewal targets.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
