Leasing Professional – Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the team at The Boulevard at Town Lake in Austin. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure they meet move‑in standards.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales or leasing experience in residential real‑estate.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
