Leasing Professional – Pinewood Estates

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Pinewood Estates community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email and other platforms.
• Use on‑site property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to inspect units and coordinate with maintenance.
