About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional – Perch to join our Austin community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing process.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm they are ready for occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Support resident retention by managing lease renewals and addressing resident concerns.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal‑driven mindset focused on achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the property management team.
