Leasing Professional – Parks at Hunter's Creek

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Parks at Hunter's Creek community in Orlando. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport with prospective and existing residents.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of local rental market and competitive positioning.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
