Leasing Professional – Nexus at Goodnight Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Nexus at Goodnight Ranch community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive prospect engagement and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
