Leasing Professional – Mainstreet at Conyers

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Mainstreet at Conyers community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar standards and respond promptly to resident inquiries.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state or local leasing certifications.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools like Craigslist and Facebook.
