Leasing Professional (LINQ)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its LINQ community in San Jose. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals for a stabilized, mid‑rise property of 230 units.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Eligibility for commission and bonus incentives.
• Familiarity with Yardi and other CRM systems is preferred.

• OneSite or similar property management tools.
• Internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
