Leasing Professional – Laurel Preston Hollow

About the role

The Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals for the Laurel Preston Hollow community.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, using internet tools and referral programs to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic, and resident data using property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.

Required profile

• All state and local leasing licenses and certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
