Leasing Professional – Landing at Capitola

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join the Landing at Capitola community in Santa Cruz, California. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available townhome units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move‑in logistics, and handle resident inquiries.
• Support resident retention by addressing concerns, facilitating lease renewals, and promoting community events.
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets in line with community goals.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in sales, customer service, or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled hours: Tuesday‑Friday 11 am‑6 pm and Saturdays 9 am‑5 pm.
• Eligibility for leasing and renewal bonus incentives.
