About the role

The Leasing Professional – Indigo will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and support existing residents through lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any required maintenance.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and drive lease renewal activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and property teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a high‑quality resident experience.
