About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Broadstone Toscano community in Houston. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform full‑cycle leasing activities from prospecting to lease signing.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and reporting.
