About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at Eden Heritage Lakes, a new cottage‑style community in West Melbourne, Florida. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase apartment units.
  • Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packets and coordinate resident move‑ins.
  • Support resident satisfaction during the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.
  • Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets in line with Greystar’s standards.

Required profile

  • Minimum of one year of leasing experience in a residential property setting.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
