Leasing Professional – Dolphin Marina

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join the Dolphin Marina community in Marina Del Rey. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects and close lease agreements to meet occupancy targets.
• Manage resident inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the lease term.
• Coordinate lease renewals and retention initiatives to maximize resident longevity.
• Maintain accurate leasing records using Realpage Loft Leasing, Onesite and Knock platforms.
• Ensure compliance with fair‑housing regulations and Greystar policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Knowledge of resident relations and fair‑housing laws.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, including weekends, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
