Leasing Professional – Broadstone East End

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Broadstone East End community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate community marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships and retention.
• Track leasing metrics and report on occupancy and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing best practices.
