Leasing Professional – Bella Tess Community

About the role

Greystar’s Bella Tess community is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the front‑line ambassador, guiding prospects through tours, virtual leasing, and move‑in experiences while supporting resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, in‑person and virtual apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience (or strong can‑do attitude).
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete legal leasing documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
