Leasing Professional – Avenue 34

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the Avenue 34 community in Los Angeles. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software to track unit availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
