Leasing Professional - Angeline

About the role

A full-time Leasing Professional is needed at the Angeline community in Seattle, Washington. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategy to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, covering everything from attracting new residents to lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Research market and competitor conditions and run marketing plans, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents by phone and email, and handle resident concerns promptly.
• Run the lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters and packages, meet renewing residents before they leave, and make sure documents are signed on time.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate well, complete legal documents and explain apartment features.
• Professional manner and dress.
• All state and local licenses and certifications required, and a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb alone and 50 lb with help, working in all weather, occasional travel and a flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Property management software (Yardi, OneSite) desired but not required.
