Leasing Manager - Student Living Community

About the role

A full-time Leasing Manager is needed for The yoU, a student living community managed by Greystar in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role oversees the community's marketing, advertising, sales, leasing team and other resources to reach revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals. The hourly rate is $24.00-$26.00.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities, oversee on-site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and monitor daily sales and leasing.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and implement pricing, leasing incentives and advertising strategies.
• Develop print and internet advertising, use technology to reach prospects, and use the company's property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Work with the maintenance team to keep the community safe and attractive, inspect ready units, create mini-models and use merchandising techniques.
• Take part in the leasing process: generate traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and complete move-ins.
• Analyze financial, shop, traffic and closing ratio reports, present results to clients, owners and business managers, and oversee the lease renewal program.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, and supervise the leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.
