Leasing Manager - San Diego

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the launch of a new 310‑unit community in the San Diego area. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through effective marketing, sales, and leasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Manage the leasing team, monitor daily sales activities, and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Coordinate weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) and adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with property management to support resident retention initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a leasing manager, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
