Leasing Manager – Crossing DC

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Crossing DC community in Washington. The role oversees all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic generation.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, inspect units for marketability, and create mini‑models or merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property appearance and safety standards.
• Generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Produce regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s property‑management software.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property‑management sales.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
