Leasing Consultant – Property Management

About the role

RADCO Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead its leasing team and drive occupancy and revenue across its multifamily portfolio. The role combines hands‑on leasing operations with strategic marketing and strong resident‑service focus.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the leasing team, overseeing tours, applications, lease approvals and move‑ins.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
• Monitor leasing traffic, closing ratios and performance metrics while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
• Manage online listings, advertising campaigns and social‑media presence.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management to prepare units for move‑in.
• Assist with resident retention, lease renewals and move‑out processing.
• Review financial reports, support rent and delinquency management, and process rent payments, fees and charges.
• Handle delinquent accounts, payment plans, and coordinate eviction filings with legal counsel.
• Prepare move‑out statements, purchase orders and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align projects with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in property or leasing management.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, OSHA and EPA requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using YARDI® and RealPage property‑management software.
