Leasing Consultant

About the role

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will be the front‑line representative for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, paperwork, and the leasing process while promoting our community’s amenities and values.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of available apartments for prospective residents.
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork, collect deposits, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain model units in show‑ready condition.
• Explain lease terms, property specifications, and community policies to applicants.
• Apply effective sales and closing techniques to achieve leasing goals.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor communities, and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Implement resident retention initiatives and handle inquiries or grievances promptly.
• Assist with overdue rent collections and ensure compliance with landlord‑tenant and fair‑housing laws.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in the apartment or multifamily industry.
• Proficiency with property‑management platforms such as RealPage or Entrata.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual ability is a plus.
