About the role
Greystar is seeking a Lease‑Up Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Amble at First Creek property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
- Manage lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Experience managing multifamily residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and owners.
