Lead, Product Experience Design

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a senior User Experience Design expert to lead the Product Onboarding experience across its enterprise portfolio. You will shape intuitive, consistent, and customer‑centered journeys for both external customers and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the experience design strategy for product onboarding across platforms such as Settings, SCM, ODT, and Product Express.
• Translate complex onboarding processes into clear end‑to‑end user journeys and identify friction points.
• Design scalable experience patterns, reusable design systems, and frameworks that balance enterprise consistency with regional flexibility.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders to influence strategy and ensure design alignment with enterprise standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex enterprise or platform‑based user experiences.
• Deep knowledge of UX methods including journey mapping, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability evaluation.
• Exceptional partnership and communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
