Lead Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Packaging Agent for the 2nd shift to oversee packaging operations at its Brookville facility. The role involves managing a team, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by management, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Detect errors, communicate issues to supervisors, and ensure corrective actions.
• Create and prioritize Production Work Orders (PWOs) and understand delivery schedules.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the packaging team.
• Collect samples, perform quality tests, and print compliance labels.
• Stage products, handle exterior packaging, and read production reports.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment and safely transport products to storage.
• Ensure all functions meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment (2–3 years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to train, lead, or mentor junior staff or new hires.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on PWOs.
