Since 1973, R.J. Kielty has been Tampa Bay's trusted name in home services. We're growing — and looking for a Lead HVAC Service Technician ready to lead, mentor, and build a real career with us.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair the toughest residential HVAC issues.
- Train and mentor apprentice technicians as we grow our team.
- Build strong customer relationships and educate on options.
- Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HVAC service/troubleshooting experience.
- Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset.
- Clean driving record, able to pass background check.
- Track record of low callbacks, high customer satisfaction.
