Lead Growth Engineer

About the role

Seamless is looking for a Lead Growth Engineer to make the product itself the primary engine of adoption, expansion, and revenue. This senior, high‑ownership position sits at the crossroads of engineering, product, and growth, allowing you to shape the customer journey from onboarding to monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship onboarding experiences that help new users quickly achieve product value.
• Build and refine core workflows to boost repeat usage and habit formation.
• Identify activation, engagement, and retention opportunities using product data and user behavior insights.
• Generate, execute, and iterate on product experiments, including A/B tests and feature‑flag rollouts.
• Own growth initiatives end‑to‑end, from hypothesis creation through deployment and measurement.
• Implement and maintain experimentation infrastructure, feature flags, and product instrumentation.
• Use analytics to evaluate experiment outcomes and uncover new improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers, establishing scalable engineering patterns for product‑led growth.

Required profile

• Senior full‑stack engineering experience with a strong focus on user‑facing systems.
• Proven track record of improving onboarding, activation, or retention in self‑serve products.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate product hypotheses into rapid technical experiments.
• Comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams.
