Lead Cultivation Agent

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Cultivation Agent to oversee daily operations in its on‑site cannabis greenhouse. The role combines hands‑on plant care with team leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant product output.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cultivation staff, manage schedules, and coordinate inventory.
• Act as a resource on products, policies, industry updates, and regulatory changes.
• Address gardener questions, resolve conflicts, and delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians.
• Maintain strict quality‑control standards and ensure cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
• Monitor plant health, growth cycles, and production metrics to meet yield targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cannabis or horticultural cultivation environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality‑assurance practices.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a cultivation team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
