LATAM Recruiter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines in the LATAM region. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to source, screen and place talent, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 30–50 active requisitions and support 2–3 client accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain a hiring cadence of 10+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications, experience and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair and inclusive selection process.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to anticipate current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑oriented and adaptable with a sense of urgency.
