Knowledge Operations Specialist – SOPs & Consultations

About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Operations Specialist to design, maintain, and continuously improve the frameworks that power our internal healthcare operations. In this individual‑contributor role you will own the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem, helping teams make faster, better‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate them into clear, easy‑to‑follow SOPs and internal documentation.
• Audit and refine the knowledge base to remove redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for knowledge queries, proactively updating documentation or processes to address recurring issues.
• Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation aligns with real‑world processes and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement structural or systemic enhancements that improve how teams access and use internal knowledge.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, preferably in healthcare, technology, or other regulated industries.
• Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑driven and capable of managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
