Key Account Manager – Automotive (Toyota)

About the role

The Toyota Key Account Manager will lead and grow 3M’s automotive portfolio at Toyota North America, working directly with engineering, design, purchasing and program management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of 3M’s automotive portfolio at Toyota North America and Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Develop applications and commercialize new products by interfacing with Toyota engineering, design, purchasing and program management.
• Identify, forecast and execute target sales penetration across Toyota vehicle platforms.
• Lead creation of global design standards and material specification approvals.
• Manage opportunity pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate with the global key‑account team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required) and at least three years of experience in sales, engineering or military environments.
• Current, valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong presentation, organizational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
