Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Clark is building the trust infrastructure for the AI economy, focusing on audit and accounting workflows where reliability, accuracy, and security are paramount. We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our product team and help deliver the experiences that our customers rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features across the stack under senior guidance, writing clean, tested, and well‑documented code.
• Build integrations and internal tools that support our high‑trust workflows.
• Investigate bugs, debug across frontend, backend, and data layers, and participate in code reviews.
• Gradually take ownership of larger product components as you grow.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent through school, internships, or personal projects.
• Strong initiative demonstrated by a personal project or open‑source contribution.
• Eagerness to learn quickly in a high‑ownership, fast‑moving environment and comfort asking questions.
