Junior Paid Media Buyer (Meta Ads & Lead Gen)

About the role

A client of the recruiter is an HR services and SaaS company building an AI-powered recruiting tool that helps HR teams manage high application volumes and automate behavioral interviews. It is hiring a Junior Paid Media Buyer to run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, support them with outbound email, track leads and optimise conversions. The role is remote, with Monday to Friday hours in the Eastern Time zone, and pays $1,000 to $1,300 per month plus a 10% commission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns targeting qualified prospects, within lean budgets of around $500 per month
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging and offers, and generate leads for HR consulting, executive career services and technology solutions
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to landing pages, lead capture and follow-up, focusing on qualified leads, booked appointments and sales
• Run outbound email campaigns, track leads in Pipedrive and coordinate follow-up
• Monitor cost per qualified lead, appointment conversion rate, customer acquisition cost and campaign ROI, and report concisely each week

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital lead generation
• Demonstrated success managing Meta Ads and generating qualified leads
• Experience optimising campaigns with limited budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to diagnose underperforming campaigns independently
• Understanding of lead generation funnels, lead qualification and sales conversion
• Strong written and spoken English
