Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially‑minded Junior Account Manager to support the management of national retail accounts within our Sales team. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will analyse sales data, develop strategic partnerships and help drive profitable growth across a portfolio of grocery and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Implement new product launches and meet distribution objectives.
• Prepare strategic reviews and resource plans for assigned accounts.
• Build multi‑level contacts and maintain strong relationships with external customers.
• Manage promotion spend in line with company guidelines to maximise ROI.
• Monitor market, brand and competitor performance using developed tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Demand Planning) to execute customer strategies.
• Drive initiatives that improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Control expenses within budget and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Lead off‑shelf promotional programs and seasonal holiday initiatives to grow sales.

Required profile

• Recent experience in sales analytics within the consumer or beauty product industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal departments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to develop professionally.
